Antati Ambassador Program – Usage Policy

1. Introduction
This Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs participation in the Antati Ambassador Program (the “Program”) operated by Antati LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15747478), with its registered office at 344–354 Gray’s Inn Road, London, WC1X 8BP, England (“Antati”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By joining the Program, you (“Ambassador”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with this Policy and represent Antati in a manner consistent with our brand values, ethical commitments, and applicable UK and international laws, including data protection, advertising, and intellectual property regulations.
2. Brand Representation
Ambassadors act as public representatives of the Antati brand and must do so with integrity, professionalism, and authenticity.
Ambassadors agree to:
- Represent Antati in a manner consistent with our mission: clean, science-backed, and Arab-inspired skincare built on integrity, inclusivity, and transparency.
 - Avoid false, exaggerated, or misleading claims regarding product performance or benefits.
 - Refrain from making medical or therapeutic claims not explicitly approved by Antati or authorised by regulatory standards.
 - Avoid any comparison or representation that disparages other brands or misleads consumers.
 
Antati reserves the right to review any representation of the brand to ensure compliance with this Policy.
3. Content Creation & Communication Standards
Ambassadors may feature Antati products in personal skincare routines, tutorials, reviews, or lifestyle content on approved social media platforms.
All content must:
- Accurately portray the product’s appearance, use, and results.
 - Use official product names, descriptions, and approved brand visuals.
 - Be free from offensive, discriminatory, violent, or harmful content.
 - Clearly disclose any partnership, sponsorship, or gifted items in line with ASA/CAP transparency guidelines (e.g., tagging content as #Ad, #Gifted, or #Affiliate as applicable).
 - Avoid manipulative techniques (e.g., fabricated testimonials or paid fake engagement).
 
Ambassadors are encouraged to maintain a consistent, authentic voice that aligns with Antati’s community values.
4. Ethical & Cultural Alignment
Antati upholds strong ethical and cultural principles, including a Zero Tolerance Policy and BDS-aligned boycott framework.
Accordingly, Ambassadors must:
- Refrain from promoting or endorsing any brand or company included on Antati’s BDS-aligned boycott list.
 - Avoid collaborations with organisations that conflict with Antati’s values of inclusivity, ethics, sustainability, and human rights.
 - Disclose any existing or future partnerships that may create a conflict of interest with Antati’s principles.
 
Failure to respect these standards may result in suspension or termination of your participation in the Program.
5. Restrictions on Use
- Repackage, modify, resell, or relabel Antati products.
 - Alter, edit, or misuse Antati brand assets, including logos, product imagery, or copy, without prior written consent.
 - Create derivative branding materials suggesting affiliation, ownership, or official endorsement beyond the scope of this Program.
 - Engage in offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal online conduct that may harm Antati’s reputation or misrepresent its values.
 - Use Antati products or materials for medical claims, clinical demonstrations, or unauthorised marketing purposes.
 
6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
- All Antati trademarks, designs, product names, and visuals remain the exclusive property of Antati LTD.
 - Ambassadors are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, limited licence to use Antati assets solely for Program-related promotional activities.
 - Any content created by Ambassadors featuring Antati products (e.g., photos, videos, testimonials, reviews) may be reshared, repurposed, or featured by Antati across marketing, PR, and digital channels, with credit given to the creator unless otherwise agreed.
 - Antati reserves the right to request removal or modification of content that misrepresents the brand or violates this Policy.
 
7. Data Protection and Confidentiality (UK GDPR Compliance)
- Antati will collect and process only the minimum personal data necessary to administer the Program (e.g., name, contact information, social media handles, and payment details for incentives).
 - All data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, as detailed in Antati’s Privacy Policy.
 - Ambassadors must not share or disclose confidential company information, internal communications, or unpublished materials obtained through the Program.
 - Ambassadors must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when collecting or handling data from followers or users.
 
8. Compliance, Monitoring, and Termination
- Ambassadors must comply with this Policy at all times.
 - Antati reserves the right to monitor Ambassador activity to ensure alignment with brand standards, advertising regulations, and ethical commitments.
 - Antati may suspend or terminate participation at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for:
 - Violation of this Policy or applicable law.
 - Misrepresentation or misuse of the Antati brand.
 - Engagement in unethical, harmful, or illegal behaviour.
 - Disclosure of confidential information or data breaches.
 - Upon termination, Ambassadors must immediately cease all use of Antati trademarks, assets, and promotional materials.
 
9. Community Expectations
Antati’s Ambassador community is built on mutual respect, inclusivity, and collaboration. Ambassadors are expected to:
- Encourage a positive, supportive environment within the Antati network.
 - Refrain from hostile or competitive behaviour towards other Ambassadors.
 - Provide constructive feedback respectfully — Antati values transparency and open dialogue.
 
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy and any dispute arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to this Policy.
