This Returns and Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures in accordance with UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The product was not purchased as a final sale item, part of a promotional campaign, or a limited-edition offer.
  • You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any opened, used, or tampered skincare products. This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective or damaged goods.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photos (if applicable, e.g., for damaged or incorrect items)

Our customer care team will respond with the next steps, including the return address, packaging instructions, and return authorisation. Please do not return any items without prior confirmation from our team.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can assess the issue promptly. Where appropriate, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including shipping costs if the error originated from us).

Antati will bear the cost of return shipping for any confirmed error or defective item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except when the return results from an error on our part or a product defect.

If your refund request is denied, we will provide a clear explanation.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain another product, please request a refund for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order on our Website.

7. International Returns

For international customers:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot process refunds for lost return parcels.

8. Antati’s Right to Refuse Returns

Antati reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy or that shows signs of misuse, tampering, or unreasonable delay.

If a return is refused, the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
