At Antati, we’re committed to delivering your skincare essentials as efficiently and transparently as possible. Please find our shipping information below, including timelines, costs, and customs details.

•    Timeline: Tracked 48-hour delivery
•    Cost: £4 / Free on orders over £100
•    Taxes & Duties: All relevant VAT and applicable customs fees are collected at checkout for a seamless shopping experience.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

•    Carrier: Express via Net Logistics
•    Timeline:
o    Beirut: 48 hours
o    Outside Beirut: Up to 4 working days
•    Cost: 4 USD
•    Notes: Delivery times exclude Lebanese public and bank holidays.

•    Timeline: up to 15 working days
•    Cost: Calculated at checkout
•    Taxes & Duties:
o    For orders under €150: We comply with the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop); duties and taxes are collected at checkout.
o    For orders over €150: Taxes and import duties are payable by the customer at the port of entry.

•    Timeline: up to 15 working days

•    Carrier: P2P tracked delivery
•    Taxes & Duties: We do not collect duties or taxes at checkout. Customers may be required to pay import taxes upon arrival, depending on local customs regulations.

•    Carrier: Express door-to-door via FedEx
•    Timeline: 3 working days
•    Cost: Displayed at checkout
•    Taxes & Duties: We do not collect duties or taxes at checkout. Customers may be required to pay import taxes upon arrival, depending on local customs regulations.

•     Cost: Calculated at checkout
•     Carrier: P2P tracked delivery
•     Taxes & Duties: All relevant VAT and applicable customs fees are collected at checkout for a seamless shopping experience.

Additional Information
•    All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) from our UK warehouse, excluding Lebanon.
•    You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
•    We do not currently ship to the following countries: Russia, Ukraine, Libya, Yemen, Israel, Somalia, and Sudan.

•   National strikes or operational halts within the destination country (including postal or courier delays).
•   Customs refusal or delay resulting from the customer’s late or incomplete VAT/tax payment.
•   Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer at checkout (including address, postal code, or contact number errors).
•   Force majeure events such as weather disruptions, natural disasters, or political instability.

Replacement Policy
Once orders leave our facility, shipping timelines and handling are managed entirely by the courier partners. We, like our customers, often find ourselves waiting for updates from their respective customer service teams, especially during periods of strikes, customs delays, or international clearance issues.

Please note that refunds or replacements cannot be requested before 31 working days have passed from the date of order dispatch, as this is the minimum timeframe required by our shipping insurance provider to open a claim.

For orders within the United Kingdom, the waiting period is 14 working days, and for Lebanon, it is 7 working days.

We kindly ask for your patience during this time, as these procedures are standard across all insured international shipments.
